David, the owner and operator of Oak Bay Cobbler, has been working for the last 35 years to help restore Island local’s beloved shoes, purses, and belts. With COVID-19, many local businesses have been struggling, and it is sad to see such a cherished and dedicated craftsman struggle to make it through these last 13 months. The President and Managing Partner of Premiere Suites Victoria has relied on David for the past twelve years.
